What is an Herbal Medicine Share? Modeled after the now familiar concept of the Vegetable CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), the Herbal CSA provides an opportunity to collaborate with us as the growers of medicinal plants. When you purchase a share, it helps support us to do our work growing and processing the herbs into useful natural medicines that nourish the body and enhance vitality. In return, you will receive a variety of herbs that support good health and the health of the environment, while also preserving the agricultural character of our wonderful community. A share can vary every year, depending on what is growing well, and what we as the herbalists get inspired to create. In general, it consists of medicines that address a variety of common conditions, such as colds, flus, digestive issues, sleep and stress difficulties, and minor skin problems. Members make choices based on their individual / family needs, and receive the share as one installmant at the end of the growing season.
