Returns and cancellations
Returns are accepted for merchandise in unopened & original condition for 30 days.
Shipping & handling are not refundable unless it is our error.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as you can. If the package has
already gone out, shipping & handling will not be refundable.
To return an item:
- include packing slip/copy of receipt, phone number, and reason for return
- pack well to avoid return damage
- send with delivery confirmation to:
